DAY 1: FROM CASABLANCA TO RABAT AND FES

We explore main sights in largest city in our country. You visit the Hassan II Mosque , Atlantic coast area and others. We drive to Rabat, capital where you visit to the “Royal Palace”, also the ruins of “Chellah”, and also the “Mohammed V Mausoleum”. After lunch we finish tour of “the Hassan Tower” and we travel to Meknes for a guided tour which includes “Bab El Mansour”. This is a massive gate and the entrance to the old city. We explore the Jewish quarter, then “the Royal Granaries” and “Meknes city rampart”. You will enjoy guided tour of Volubilis ,the Roman ruins very popular as tourist attraction. You finish today’s travel in Fes where we stay in local riad for dinner and breakfast.

DAY 2: FES EXCURSION

Fez is often referred to as the country’s most important cultural city. It’s well-known for its El Bali walled medina, with its narrow streets and medieval architecture, including vibrant souks. This Fes day trip includes a visit to the “tannery” where you experience fabric leather and we visit the ceramics cooperative to see the traditional Moroccan crafts. Free program afteroon. Overnight in local hotel with dinner.

DAY 3: FES TO IFRAN , MIDELT THEN ERFOUD AND CAMEL RIDE IN MERZOUGA DESERT

Today and you visit Ifran in Middle Atlas mountains. You may watch local monkeys once we visit the cedars forest in Azrou. We pass the Ziz valley to reach Erfoud,town known for fossil products. We drive to Rissani and Merzouga desert where we prepare for camel ride in dunes to reach Merzouga desert camp. We stay overnight in desert tents and you may also climb high dune to watch the sunset in desert of Merzouga. We will have traditional Moroccan dinner.

DAY 4: MERZOUGA DESERT TOWARDS TODRA GORGES AND NIGHT IN DADES VALLEY

After watching Sahara desert sunrise in Merzouga you ride camel back to village for breakfast followed by driving towards Tinghir passing Jorf. We explore Todra gorges as the highest gorges in country and very popular spot for rock climbers. After lunch we explore the beauty of “Dades valley” ,we stop for few pictures at rock formations called “monkey toes”. You will have dinner and overnight stay in Dades valley local hotel.

DAY 5: DADES GORGE TO KELAA MAGONA THEN OUARZAZATE AND MARRAKECH

Our tour with Morocco Tours Excursions continues towards “Valley of Roses” ,then we stop in Ouarzazate , called as “the Hollywood of Africa” where you enjoy movie studio. We explore Atlas mountains in guided tour of kasbah in Ait Benhaddou. It is the largest Kasbah in Morocco, listed as an UNESCO site. We drive over the High Atlas mountains to reach Marrakech and that’s end of the tour.
